Metalware shelves are offered in 2 different steel gauges. 20 gauge box shelf offering capacities up to 800 lbs per shelf. Or 18 gauge standard shelf offering up to 600 lbs per shelf. (equally distributed loads).

If you have existing standard shelves and would like to add the new 20 gauge box shelf, there is no problem as they are interchangeable.

All Metalware products are offered in 2 standard colours as well custom colors available on request.

Shelves are available in widths of 36", 42" & 48" and depths of 12", 15", 16", 18", 24", 30" & 36"

The uprights (T-posts) are made of 16 gauge hot-rolled steel and are pre-punched, roll-formed, welded and cut to length in on continuous operation. They allow for the shelves to be adjustable on 2" centers.

The uprights are available in standard sizes of 6'4", 7'4", 8'4", 9'4", 10'4" & 12'4". The uprights can also be spliced together to attain even greater heights when building a catwalk mezzanine system.

Foot plates are available to anchor the units to the ground.

Whether it is closed or open units, the Metalware system helps save you money by using a common posts for units that are side by side.

There is also a large number of configurations and additional products such as dividers, bin fronts, label holders, doors and more that can be added to the units to enhance their versatility and effectiveness in your applications.
